We’re very passionate about internal progression, with a high number of our Managers starting out as Team Members. Our aim is for 60% of management vacancies to be filled internally and a third of our HQ team started in store, so if you’re looking for a career rather than just a job Tortilla is the place to be!
Every shift you work we’ll say thank you with a meal of your choice. Who doesn’t love free tacos?!
If you work as a Manager we’ll give you 33 days paid holiday per year rather than the standard 28. You work hard for us, so we want to make sure you can enjoy some downtime!
We put a percentage of profit from each store into a fund for the team to spend on whatever they want
Including holidays, festival tickets and more! We just sent some of our lucky team from 3 different stores skiing in Austria!
Most of our stores close at 9pm, with a few closing at 10pm, so you’ll always be out the door in time for that last bus, train or tube home
